From the initial design to the final assembly, all design work is completed in-house by our dedicated industrial and mechanical engineers using state-of-the-art equipment. Our engineers and sales team will also work closely with you to ensure that we create a product that meets all of your needs. From foam type and design layout to weight distribution and aesthetic elements, we will make sure that every aspect of your project is accounted for. Above all, we strive to make our foam, and in turn, your product, look more professional, and maybe even provide the extra advantage needed to close a deal.

Because all design and fabrication work is done on our premises, design and production lead times are amazingly short, usually just days. Please note that many new projects can be designed and sampled without charge or hard order minimums. We feel that getting a project off the ground is more important than a nominal fee, and in most cases, we can help you get started for free!
